The Possession Experiment Described By CIA Psychologist
Charles A Morgan III, M.D., M.A. is a highly educated and accomplished professional, serving as an advisor to prestigious schools such as Yale and West Point. Dr. Morgan was also active in the C.I.A. from 2003 to 2010 and has published numerous academic papers.
Dr. Morgan appears on TV shows and Podcasts often reviewing aspects of his work and experience while at the C.I.A. It was while listening to one such Podcast when I first heard of what Dr. Morgan refers to as the “possession experiments”. The goal of these experiments are to remotely control the motor functions of one person by electronics linking them to another person using the sender’s mind to control the receiver’s hand.
The process seems fairly comprehensive. A sender is connected to an electroencephalography machine (E.E.G), the data is received & tuned by the software, the data is then sent to a receiver over the internet who is positioned with a transcranial magnetic stimulation(T.M.S) coil placed near the part of the brain that controls hand movements. The software on the receiver’s end then translates the sender’s data into the electromagnetic pulses required for the TMS coil to stimulate the receiver’s brain to act out the sender’s commands.
These experiments known originally as the “BrainNet” experiments was first demonstrated August 2013 and has since been replicated with a reported average accuracy of 81.3%. Scientists are continuing to further possible applications of this method. One proposed possibility would be to have a teacher transfer their knowledge to their student directly brain-to-brain.
Below is a presentation that Dr. Morgan did for West Point that goes into detail about the BrainNet experiments along with weaponized version of genetic manipulation and designer drug applications.

Dr. Morgan also does extensive research on how to aid individuals with PTSD. He was written extensively on the use of Propranolol for it’s beta-adrenergic blocking properties to disrupt the reconsolidation of traumatic memories. Dr. Morgan is demonstrating the concept of technological mind control in both offensive & defensive context. While he lectures on protentional weaponized uses, his main focus is aiding people heal from PTSD as a medical professional & University professor.
